Here at Pacha Compost, we want to ensure you love our clay products as much as we do. The potters work hard to produce each piece to its intended design. Differences in clay and firing temperatures also means each item has its own characteristic look that can result in subtle variations in the finished product. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of product/s for full refund or store credit. (Please note: The product must be unused and in original condition). Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If your purchased item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so a claim can be lodged with the courier company.
