They will travel through the holes adding further nutrients to your soil and contents of your garden bed. Ultimately supporting your plants to thrive!\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLeave worms to settle for a few days before giving them their first feed. 1-2 handfuls of foodscraps is fine as you don’t want to overwhelm them.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWorms love\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLeft over vegetable scraps, fruit and vegetable peelings\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTea leaves and coffee grounds\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTorn up newspapers, egg and pizza cartons\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCrushed egg shells\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are not so keen on citrus and onions, so only add minimal of these.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWorms not included.
